Yoga Nidra

Rest is a practice, too.

Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice often described as "yogic sleep."

It offers an opportunity to deeply relax while remaining aware, supporting the nervous system and creating space for restoration.

  • Stress reduction

  • Better sleep

  • Mental clarity

  • Deep relaxation

Sound Meditation

An invitation to slow down and listen.

Using singing bowls and other therapeutic instruments, sound meditation creates

a calming environment that encourages relaxation, reflection, and presence.

Available for:

  • Groups

  • Special events

  • Private experiences

Community Events

Because wellness happens in community.

Throughout the year, I offer pop-up classes, workshops, wellness gatherings, and opportunities to connect beyond the mat.

Some people come for yoga.

Many stay for the community.

Come as you are.

You don't need experience.
You don't need flexibility.
You don't need to get it right.

You simply need a willingness to show up.

Let's practice together.
